Feel free to enrich both your personal and work life and hop on board! **Why you'll love this job** + This job is a member of the Regulatory Standards and Certification Engineering Team within the Integrated Operations Division. + This position is a member of the AA Certification Engineering team and supports the AA Organizational Delegation Authorization (ODA) staff. **What you'll do** _As noted above, this list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional essential functions (and certainly non-essential job functions) that are not referenced. Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations._ + Manage and organize digital data and documents from multiple stakeholders + Build and maintain digital data packages to support AA ODA projects + Audit design data approvals for quality and compliance with established procedures + Compile and analyze data to support STC project compliance reporting + Monitor ODA Unit member activity and provide monthly reports to ODA Administration + Gather and compile data for technical audits and annual evaluations of ODA Unit members + Prepare data for the Annual ODA Audit for submission to the FAA + Provide day-to-day operational support to ODA staff **All you'll need for success** **Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience** + Bachelor's degree, associate's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience + Proven experience in auditing documents for accuracy and compliance + Strong background in data management and organization + Ability to compile and analyze data to produce clear, accurate reports + Proficiency in creating professional presentations **Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience** + Familiarity with Customer & Supplier Data Transmittal (CSDT) system or similar platforms + Experience collaborating with ODA or FAA personnel + Knowledge and experience working with ODA Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs) + Experience with Customer & Supplier Data Transmittal (CSDT) system or similar **Skills, Licenses & Certifications** + Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, etc. + Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills; high level of attention to detail; outstanding organizational skills + Ability to handle multiple duties/priorities on a daily basis + Ability to function effectively under deadlines and still maintain accuracy; able to keep up in a fast-paced work environment. **What you'll get** Feel free to take advantage of all that American Airlines has to offer: + Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
