What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of a varied civil litigation caseload, emphasizing construction, general liability, and insurance defense
• Manage discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• Draft pleadings, briefs, discovery responses, and settlement documents
• Provide strategic guidance on litigation posture, contractual issues, and risk management
• Contribute to transactional work involving construction and real estate matters
• Collaborate closely with seasoned litigators in a team-first environment
