We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need. Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Provide direct support to individuals with physical or cognitive challenges, promoting their independence while ensuring their safety.
Observe and report on residents' physical and emotional conditions, maintaining accurate records of care provided.
Uphold resident rights by treating all individuals with dignity and respect.
Lift and transfer residents as needed while following proper safety protocols.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect the privacy of residents' health information.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to create individualized care plans.
Engage residents in social activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.

Skills

Knowledge of resident rights and the ability to advocate for them effectively.
Proficiency in meal preparation tailored to dietary needs.
Certification in CPR is preferred for emergency situations.
Experience in direct support roles within group home settings is a plus.
Strong observational skills for monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes.
Background in social work or related fields can enhance caregiving effectiveness.
Ability to lift patients safely while adhering to best practices for mobility assistance.
