Skills and Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience operating CNC mills or lathes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, measurements).
Competence in CNC machine setup and operation.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment.
Reliable, self-motivated, and effective in a team environment.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Work Environment - Temperature-controlled manufacturing environment.
Technical Proficiency - GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
