NetSuite Administrator
San Antonio, TX - 100% Onsite
6-12 + Months
Client is seeking a Sr. NetSuite Administrator to manage and enhance a growing global NetSuite ERP environment.
This role owns system administration, configuration, security, and continuous improvement, partnering with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Supply Chain.
Acts as an escalation point for complex issues and ensures controlled, low-risk system changes.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and optimize NetSuite (roles, permissions, workflows, custom records, reporting)
Own security, access controls, audits, and change management
Provide tier-2/3 support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis
Manage UAT, releases, documentation, and user training
Build saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, and reports
Support data integrity, imports, and governance
Partner with developers on integrations and enhancements
Qualifications:
5+ years NetSuite administration experience
Strong ERP process mapping, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication
UAT, training, and end-user support experience
Preferred:
NetSuite certifications
SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteScript/integrations
Global, multi-subsidiary or multi-currency experience
