Get to Know Your Team:

• Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women’s Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.

• The Radiology Director provides strategic, administrative, and operational leadership for Hillcrest Medical Center.
• This role ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care, efficient departmental operations, regulatory compliance, and strong employee engagement.
• The Director partners closely with clinical, operational, and executive leadership to drive improved clinical outcomes, optimize resource utilization, enhance patient and physician satisfaction, and support organizational growth.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Healthcare Administration, Business, Radiologic Sciences, or related field).
• Five (5) years of leadership or radiology management experience.

Preferred Requirements:

• Master’s Degree (MBA, MHA, or related).
