SourcePro Search has a fantastic opportunity for a Discovery Attorney. This is a hybrid remote role (2 days a week in the LA or SF office) with our prestigious and large firm client. As a Discovery Attorney, you will apply your experience and advanced knowledge of eDiscovery strategies and best practices to assist case teams in supporting the firm’s matters for its clients. You will work alongside partners and associates to understand eDiscovery requirements for matters, contribute to the overall strategy and development of workflows and operational plans to cull, review, and produce data, manage the firm’s Document Review Attorneys, maintain vendor relationships, and work with other members of practice resources to respond to eDiscovery-related requests on matters. The Discovery Attorney will act as the key point of contact for case teams with respect to strategic and logistical document culling, review, and production planning, implementation, and execution, including maintaining relationships with in‑house litigation technology personnel, outside service providers, and clients. The Discovery Attorney will further ensure that case teams are trained on matter‑specific workflows and document review tools and that all firm document review processes are followed.
