Position Overview:
As a Drain Technician at Anderson, you'll be responsible for restoring flow to residential drains, providing exceptional customer service, and educating customers on drain maintenance. 

Your Day-to-Day:

• Restoring flow to residential drains and providing necessary information for follow-up by a Plumbing Supervisor.
• Delivering 5-Star customer service and educating customers on drain care best practices.
• Participating in an on-call rotation to respond to emergency calls.

What Does It Take?

• Minimum 6 months of residential plumbing experience
• Sewer and Drain experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License required
• Clear background check, Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and drug screen
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and educating customers on all options
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to safety in all aspects of work
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
