While prior events experience is a plus, we are focused on finding a candidate with experience in project management, ownership from idea, execution, post-event evaluation, and profit and loss statements for each event. •  Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring high-quality service and seamless event execution.
•  Team Leadership: Delegate tasks effectively, provide clear direction, and foster accountability.
•  Onsite Management: Ensure event spaces are maintained to the highest standards, including cleanliness, décor, and equipment needs.
•  Occasional Travel: Coordinate and execute offsite events in other markets as needed.
•  Corporate and Gift Collection Management: Take ownership of all gifting operations, including creating and managing corporate gifts and curated gift collections. Ensure all gifts reflect the Folded Hills brand, align with our values of gracious hospitality and casual luxury, and are executed with exceptional attention to detail and timeliness.

Key Attributes:
We are looking for a candidate who exemplifies:

•  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•  Leadership that inspires and motivates others to perform at their best.
•  Ownership of responsibilities, with a proactive approach to solving challenges.
•  Adaptability, kindness, and a collaborative spirit.
•  Excellent follow-through and commitment to seeing tasks to completion.

Qualifications:
•  A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (hospitality, business, or related areas) is preferred but not required.
•  Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple moving parts.
•  Exceptional communication and delegation skills, ensuring team alignment and success.

•  Perform regular walking and standing activities.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, self-driven individual who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment. If you’re passionate about leading teams and creating memorable events while embracing ownership and excellence, we’d love to hear from you!
