Nurse Educator At the heart of our business strategies is a commitment to patients. The Nurse Educator Program is a patient-centered, educational initiative designed to support individuals living with chronic conditions who have been prescribed specific therapies. Nurse Educators play a vital role in helping patients understand their treatment, manage their condition, and access relevant resources related to their prescribed medication. This role involves one-on-one engagement with patients through various channels, including in-person visits, phone calls, video conferencing, email, and SMS-always in strict alignment with program guidelines.
