Allied Plumbing, Air & Electric is hiring a HVAC New Construction Lead Installer. The ideal candidate is a HVAC Lead Installer who has exceptional work ethic, well mannered, have a good driving record, and take pride in their work and other’s property. You must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and possess a valid driver’s license.

Job Duites:

• Install heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration equipment, as well as other products in accordance with company requirements and manufacture specifications.
• Install VRF and copper pipe
• hydronic work
• controls work
• Installs various ducts and duct fittings.
• Properly interpret blueprint drawings, HVAC wiring diagrams, and specifications.
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Supervise a crew.
• Ability to plan, lay out, supervise and inspect the work of mechanics & helpers
• Attend all job meetings with project managers and/or contractors as needed.
• Complete all paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough and timely manner.
• Must be computer literate and able to operate an IPad and smart phone for various tasks
• Must have solid organizational skills and be able to meet job schedule deadlines within budget.
• Solid communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC equipment, sheet metal and accessories required.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Must possess industry standard hand tools.
