We are seeking a Injection Mold Setter to join a dynamic team in Lafayette, IN. As an Injection Mold Setter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our injection molding machines. Your expertise will help us maintain high-quality production standards while fostering a safe and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust injection molding machines according to production specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize production efficiency.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on injection molding equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and resolve any operational issues.
• Document production data and maintain accurate records of machine settings and adjustments.
• Train and mentor junior staff on best practices and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as an Injection Mold Setter or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of injection molding processes and machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
