• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $\$28.00 - \$30.00$ per hour
• Start Date: Immediate

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Order Fulfillment Specialist to support the daily order processing, shipping, and inventory management activities for our busy San Jose operation. You will be a crucial link, working closely with logistics, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries and maintain high standards of operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders utilizing our ERP systems (Oracle or SAP).
• Shipment Preparation: Prepare all domestic and international shipments, including creating detailed packing lists, labels, and necessary shipping documentation.
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with various carriers and freight partners to schedule pickups and ensure smooth transit.
• Tracking and Resolution: Track shipments proactively and resolve any delivery issues or discrepancies efficiently.
• System Maintenance: Update order statuses and maintain system accuracy across all platforms.
• Inventory Support: Assist with cycle counts and perform basic inventory-related tasks.
• Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company quality and safety procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in order fulfillment or shipping.
• Familiarity with international shipping procedures and documentation.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds as needed for light warehouse duties.
• Highly reliable and committed to working the full Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM schedule.
