Paid Training: $650 per week for 4–6 weeks
Solo Pay After Upgrade: $1,000–$1,400+ per week
Mileage Pay: $0.43–$0.51 CPM (based on experience)
Stop Pay: $15 per stop once solo
Pay Schedule: Weekly direct deposit
Most drivers upgrade quickly once training benchmarks are met.
Assigned late-model automatic tractors after upgrade
No-touch dry van freight
Mix of drop & hook and live load/unload
Steady, nationwide freight lanes
The goal is simple: learn the job safely, build confidence, and gain verifiable OTR experience.
OTR Schedule: 12–14 days out
Home Time: 34-hour reset
Operating Area: Lower 48 states after training
Driver Base: Opelika, AL and surrounding areas
Valid Class A CDL
