Job Summary

We a re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Packaging Associate to join our team at the Fenton location. Under the direction of the Production Manager, this individual will assist in performing light assembly and packaging tasks on the production line. The ideal candidate will be able to follow instructions, maintain quality and safety standards, and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

 

Job Description

  • Verify components and product codes match packaging orders
  • Place bottles and other containers on conveyor lines
  • Label cases and bags according to specifications
  • Pack and stack finished goods onto pallets or designated areas
  • Monitor product quality and report damages or off-spec conditions to the Production Supervisor
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift, including end-of-day cleaning
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Production Manager or Supervisor

 

Skills Required

  • 0 – 1 year (light assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required)
  • Ability to read and understand production documents, safety data sheets (SDS), and safety instructions
  • Dependable with reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to stand for 8–9 hours per day 
  • Frequent bending; minimal climbing

 

Education

  • Have a High School Diploma or GED.

 

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Work in an 4 days 10hour shift
  • Willingness to wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
