We are seeking an Entry-Level Pest Control Service Technician to assist with residential pest control services throughout Virginia. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, helping customers, and learning new skills in a stable, growing industry. Training is provided.
Perform pest control services at customer homes and properties
Inspect inside and outside areas for pest activity, entry points, and conditions that promote infestations Indeed (
Apply treatments such as baits, traps, or sprays according to company guidelines and safety practices Jobber (
Communicate professionally with customers about service details and answer basic questions Rentokil (
Maintain service vehicles, equipment, and pest control supplies
Record work performed accurately and follow company procedures
No prior pest control experience required — training provided on the job
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Comfortable performing physical work and lifting equipment
Hourly pay (based on experience)
