Job Description

Function : The Sorter/Processor will perform a variety of tasks to assist in the operation of the sorting room.

• Process and sort donations by inspecting and separating saleable from unsaleable items.
• Ensure clothes are hung according to policy and on the proper hanger. 
• Assist as required with sorting room operations. 
• Crosstrain in all sorting room functions under the guidance of the Sorting Room Supervisor.
• Assist in cleaning and general maintenance of the sorting room area. 
• Maintain a clean and clutter-free work area.
