Pay Range: $115,505 - $144,381

• Offering rate will vary within the listed hourly range above. *Supported by the Department budget & related experience/education*

Role:

The Assistant General Manager aids the General Manager of Tribal Operations in the performance of administrative leadership duties for Tribal programs. The Assistant General Manager shares responsibility for the Nation's program continuation and will assist the General Manager with oversight of all existing and new programs. The Assistant General Manager will assist the General Manager with the day-to-day activities operated within the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation.

Minimum Requirements:

Driving: Must have a valid Kansas driver's license and must be insurable with the Nation's insurance carrier.

Experience: 5 years of supervisory and strategic management experience. Experience with business systems, tools, project management best practices, and client engagement methodologies.

Education: A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, legal studies, or a similar related field.
