McKeenix is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to join our team in a fully remote role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, reviewing, and maintaining essential company data with exceptional accuracy and reliability. This position requires the ability to work independently in a structured remote environment while supporting internal teams through accurate, timely data processing.
Key Responsibilities
Input, update, and verify large volumes of data across internal systems with precision and consistency.
Review incoming documents for completeness, formatting accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
Perform routine data audits to ensure information integrity and identify discrepancies.
Maintain detailed logs of data batches, corrections made, processing statuses, and project progress.
Collaborate with other departments through remote communication tools to clarify entries or correct errors.
Prepare summarized reports or extracted datasets for supervisors and cross-functional teams.
Follow established workflows, security protocols, and data-processing procedures to maintain consistency.
Assist in optimizing data-entry processes by providing feedback or suggesting improvements.
Manage deadlines, organize tasks, and independently maintain productivity in a remote setting.
Participate in scheduled virtual meetings, training sessions, and performance check-ins.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business, administration, or data systems is preferred.
Experience in data entry, administrative support, or document processing — including experience in a remote role.
Strong keyboarding skills (55+ WPM) with high accuracy.
Solid proficiency in database software, spreadsheets, and cloud-based productivity tools.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a quiet, distraction-free remote workspace.
Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information securely.
Reliable internet connection suitable for full-time remote work.
